WOGCC Public Meeting

If you have mineral rights in Wyoming, then you may want to attend this meeting.

Recently, Wyoming has gone through some changes with their permit rules. On July 9th, 2019, the Wyoming Oil & Gas Commission (WOGCC), released a new proposal that will deal with the increased volume in drilling permits. In order to explain and address questions and concerns, the WOGCC will host a public meeting on July 30th, at 10:00am, in their hearing room.

According to their website,  their supervisor and staff will review the newly proposed rule. They will also provide understanding into potential scenarios that may arise and how this new rule will work differently. Attendees will be able to ask questions at the end of the session.
