Premiere Wattenberg Overriding Royalty Interest – Incredibly rare opportunity to acquire overriding royalty interest (non-cost bearing) in 152 horizontal Niobrara and Codell wells in the heart of the Wattenberg Field. 74 wells are on production and 98.6% of well locations will be fully producing by the end of Q1 2022. Civitas (Extraction and Crestone Peak Resources) operates the majority of the position and Great Western operates a fully drilled, uncompleted DSU as well. Civitas has released a public notice for flow line installation on multiple drilled uncompleted well pads, further solidifying their production scheduling of the DUC inventory for the asset. This an open bidding process so get your offers in quickly before the price of oil hits $75-$80/barrel this summer ($69 oil and $3.18 gas at the time of listing).
